All students are charged a flat tuition rate on a semester basis.
The DUE DATE to pay fees for the Winter Semester 2010-2011 is 30 September 2010.
Students may choose to pay tuition fees in full or in instalments. This Tuition Fee Payment Plan offers the options of payment available to new and returning students.

Students enrolled in the Foundation Year and the Bachelor programmes may choose to pay tuition fees in instalments. Payment of fees in instalment is not available to:
- International students on GUtech sponsored visa;
- Part-time students;
- Government and corporate sponsored students;
- Students enrolled in Summer School.

Application fee must be paid at the time of submiting the application form for admission.
Fees for the Pre-University programme include:
- Use of textbooks and access to a well-equipped library
- Use of a laptop computer for each student enrolled in the Foundation Year Programme
- An internationally recognised International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certificate for each student in the Foundation Year Programme
Fees for the Bachelor degree programmes include:
- Use of textbooks and access to a well-equipped library
- Use of a laptop computer for each student
- Travel and accommodation during field trips if these represent a compulsory component of the programme
- Travel to and accommodation in Germany if this represents a compulsory part of the programme
