The German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech) is affiliated with one of Germany's leading higher education institutions - RWTH Aachen University. GUtech brings first-rate teaching and research in IT, Geosciences, Sustainable Tourim and Regional Development, Urban Planning and Architectural Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Engineering to the Sultanate of Oman.

Each of our innovative Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering  programmes were designed by Professors at RWTH Aachen and are tailored to the specific needs of the region. Most importantly each programme is designed to help students get the most from their studies.

Currently the four Bachelor of Science programmes are internationally accredited. GUtech is the first university in Oman with this status. This means that  GUtech graduates will hold an internationally recognised and accredited qualification that allows them to go on to further study anywhere in the world.
