GUtech celebrates the graduation of its the Eleventh Batch of students in various disciplines

The German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech) celebrated the graduation of the Eleventh Batch, awarding certificates in various programmes and disciplines to master’s and bachelor’s students to more than 360 graduates for the academic year 2021-2022

Prof. Dr Michael Braun, The Rector of the University, expressed his sincere congratulations to the graduates for their success, hard work and dedication despite all odds and called on them to show a spirit of challenge and ambition to achieve their dreams in the future and to set an example in their practical lives and society through their contribution to development and development, and to They make positive contributions to their community.

For his part, Dr Hussein bin Sulaiman Al-Salmi, The Deputy Rector for Administrative and Financial Affairs, delivered a speech in which he first expressed his appreciation for the university’s achievements during the past period, as the university has now become one of the local higher education institutions distinguished by its specializations, programs and facilities.

Al-Salmi told the graduates: “I have no doubt that the knowledge you gained and the experiences you accumulated during your studies in the best universities in the country qualify you for success in your next life. But I have to believe you when I say that success will not be easy.” He urged them to take the initiative in confronting all the events that may afflict this world, armed with science, the ability to adapt, and openness to new means of education and the changes that are taking place at an accelerated rate.

The graduate, Mozn bint Salem Al-Masrouri, presented the graduation speech in Arabic, recalling all the beautiful memories that the students lived during their years of study at the college. Then the graduate, Ethar bint Najeeb Al-Zadjali, delivered the graduates’ speech in English.
