Reaffirming its active role in supporting research, innovation, and fostering collaboration between academic and research institutions, the German University of Technology in Oman (GUtech) participated today in the reception of the third edition of the Oman Research and Education Network Conference on Technology (OTS25), organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation from 20 to 21 October 2025 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
GUtech’s participation included the Department of Urban Planning and Architectural Design, and the Department of Computer Science. Faculty members from these departments presented a range of research projects and academic innovations that reflect the university’s commitment to advancing technology, education, and scientific research. The University will continue its participation tomorrow by attending the conference sessions and activities, further strengthening its partnerships with the local and regional research and education communities and exploring the latest solutions and services in the fields of technology, education, and research.
