This project investigates placer deposits in Oman by analysing the natural accumulation of heavy minerals formed through weathering, water flow, and wind processes. The study aims to identify economically valuable mineral concentrations, map their distribution, and assess their potential for resource development. The findings support Oman’s mineral exploration efforts and help highlight new opportunities within the country’s geological landscape.
