This project examines the structural and mineralogical features of the exhuming shear zones in the Saih Hatat Dome, a key tectonic region in northeastern Oman. Through field analysis and mineral studies, the research aims to better understand the geological processes that uplifted deep-crustal rocks to the surface, contributing valuable insights into Oman’s complex tectonic evolution.
